Kenza planned our two-week trip to Japan, and it was incredible from start to finish. She balanced the big highlights (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka) with places we’d never have found on our own: an open-air-bath ryokan in Hakone, Takayama, Shirakawa-go, and Kanazawa. Every detail was handled, from meet-and-greets on the train platforms to luggage forwarding between cities, so we could simply enjoy each day. The private guides were outstanding, and she built in just enough free days to explore on our own. We’d book with Kenza again without hesitation and recommend her to anyone dreaming of Japan.
